How we started

Cake decorating started as a hobby.  Dave was invited to a  class by his brother - in- law and began learning the skillful techniques of cake decorating. He quickly realized how much he  loved making smiles at family celebrations,  and was asked to make customized cakes for  friends and family. 

After one of his daughters announced that he now had a website,  he was left no choice.  And, in fact, the "word" had already escaped that "Dave could do cakes!"  Now with his wife Melody, who is no stranger to the art world, the two enjoy making beautiful, fun, creative and delicious  cakes!

Anyone can order frozen sheet cakes and grab any number of 5-gallon buckets if "icing" to decorate.  We design and create your dream cake and then use fresh ingredients to make it happen.  We don't do 40 cakes a day like some bakeries.  We do yours alone until it is completed to our satisfaction.  If your event is special, consider letting us offer a quote!
